Beef Dump and Go Slow Cooker Recipes


Slow cookers make life so much easier, and when you’re craving beef, these recipes will become your go-to for hassle-free meals. Just dump the ingredients, set the timer, and let the slow cooker do all the work for you. These beef recipes are perfect for busy days or when you want a comforting meal without the fuss.

Ingredients:

2 lbs beef stew meat

4 cups beef broth

4 carrots, chopped

3 potatoes, peeled and diced

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp thyme

1 tbsp tomato paste


Instructions:

1. Place the beef stew meat in the bottom of the slow cooker.


2. Add the chopped carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.


3. Pour in the beef broth and stir in the tomato paste.


4. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, and thyme over the top.


5. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.

Ingredients:

1 lb beef flank steak, sliced thinly

2 cups beef broth

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)

2 cups broccoli florets


Instructions:

1. Add the beef slices to the slow cooker.


2. In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic.


3. Pour the mixture over the beef and stir to combine.


4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.


5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets.


6. If you want a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir it into the slow cooker before serving.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1/2 cup water

1 can diced tomatoes (drained)

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 tbsp garlic powder


Instructions:

1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain any excess fat.


2. Transfer the beef to the slow cooker and add the taco seasoning, water, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic powder.


3. Stir everything together and cover.


4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally. Use this filling for tacos, burritos, or nachos!

1 lb ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 can diced tomatoes

1 can tomato sauce

1 packet chili seasoning

1 tsp cumin


Instructions:

1. Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion in a skillet, then drain any fat.


2. Add the beef and onion to the slow cooker.


3. Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili seasoning, and cumin.


4. Stir to combine and cover.


5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring occasionally.

Ingredients:

3-4 lbs beef chuck roast

4 cups beef broth

1 onion, quartered

3 carrots, peeled and cut into large pieces

3 potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp thyme

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Place the roast in the slow cooker.


2. Add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.


3. Add the onion, carrots, and potatoes around the roast.


4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender and the vegetables are soft.

Beef Selection: Use any beef cuts you prefer, but tougher cuts like chuck roast and stew meat work best for slow cooking as they become tender with the low heat.
